RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased product within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

For your protection and to ensure fast delivery, we recommend that you send us your product via Canada Post and return the closed products to us in their original condition. We are sorry but the return costs are not refundable.

If your package was damaged upon receipt and its content rendered unusable, we ask you to keep the products, as well as the packaging in which they were, and notify us immediately by sending us an email via the customer care messaging service above. The shipping company will be notified immediately and Atelier Vespertine will be happy to replace the damaged products. 

Returns or exchanges for purchases made online cannot be returned to a retail store. Returns or exchanges made at one of our participating retailer cannot be returned online. If the item you want to return has not been purchased on the Atelier Vespertine website, we recommend that you return to the place of purchase for any claims or credits. If you cannot return to the place of purchase, please contact us via the customer care messaging service above.

ARE OUR PRODUCTS

ORGANIC?

For the sake of economy for our customers, we decided not to certify our products. On the other hand, you can rest assured that the raw materials used in our products are indeed organic. All our products are also registered with Health Canada.
